About Nystrom

At Nystrom Goods, we want to build a brand that produces clean designs with authentic materials – things that you will want around you every day.

We are a group of three designers from Boise, Idaho, and love creating modern designs with an industrial flair. We envision our designs in homes, offices and other great spaces. The first product we created were clean-design planters handcast in concrete. We worked for two years to develop their unique handcast method and concrete mix and launched Nystrom Goods in 2013. With big dreams of one day opening in flagship store in the Western US, we continue testing new ideas and making prototypes.

We are continually expanding our product line and hope to have a full-line of home products ready for you within the next few months. We are so grateful for all your support and hope to continue to create things you will want in your home!

Shipping Info

  • Products in stock will ship within 3-5 business days.
  • Products that are made to order will ship within 5-10 business days.
  • We ship with USPS Priority Mailing.

  • Sales tax on the merchandise is charged for items shipped to Idaho addresses.  For all other sales, the customer is responsible for tax compliance.


Returns and Refunds

  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
  • We replace product only if it is damaged during shipping. We require a picture of the damage to provide a refund.
  • Returns are accepted for refund. Any return postage to be paid by customer.
  • We will process your return as soon as we receive it, please allow 3-10 days for your bank account to update.
  • Merchandise that has been used or altered will not be accepted for return.
